So many disappointments!

I've been a Takealot customer for many years, and have always preferred ordering from them than other similar outlets. However, in recent months, the service and product quality have both declined to the point where I am afraid that I will no longer be spending my money there, unless I have no other choice. Takealot, you're sitting pretty as the largest online store in the country... be careful, Amazon is coming, and you are NOT ready.
