So I ordered a Hisense 10

So I ordered a Hisense 10.5 Kg toploader washing machine, return order for it was damaged. They collected on Monday 26 June 2023. And it has been already 48 hours, no feedback just keep on saying wil get back to me and I must give them a chance to look in the process. I'm really fed up with this.
