So fed up

After returning a kindle I was told that they will not replace or refund and that it is not covered by the warranty as they deemed it as user damage. They have now had my damaged kindle (that I used twice) for a month and I keep getting the run around. I have supp**** my return address 3 times and still nothing! So now I have spent over R4k and have nothing to show for it! I am taking legal action am so fed up with their $&!?#% service!!
