So far impressive service

Good day I have to say I am impressed with the service and timing with takealot , especially takealot canal walk.quick and easy pick ups and friendly and efficient staff.i have only been disappointed this once with a product I purchased and it came worh a faulty battery but the returns process was quick and easy and I received my product today.i have yet to try ot out ..I do hope it is not problematic. Also takealot can you please have a loyalty program where one can earn points and extra discounts?I have been purchasing quite frequently since last year ..
