So dissapointed with takealot

I’m extremely disappointed with Takealot’s service. I ordered backlight strips advertised as compatible with my Samsung TV, but they didn’t fit. I did a straightforward compatibility check before installation, but Takealot still refused my return, claiming the item was “used.” Their customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond. I expected better—especially as a loyal customer. Won’t be ordering again.
