So dissapointed

<p>I bought my sister a breast pump because she was using my cousins's Avent pump and i wanted to get her her own one. I bought the Snookums one, went to here and I asked her to try it. But the pump did not pull any milk. Either the pump is very weak (which should be advertised) or something is not 100% right. With the Avent pump in 10 min she pulls 100ml milk from her ****. With this pump she used it for 10 minutes and a few drops of milk came out. I immediately told her to do box it up so that I can return it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told I cannot get a refund because it was used. How would I have known it doesnt work if I didnt use it?</p> <p> </p> <p>I buy religously from Take a Lot and I wouldn't like this to be the reason I stop.
