So disgusted with takealot purchase!

I am so disappointed in takealot. My boyfriend ordered an automatic vacuum cleaner on takealot which was suppose to be my birthday present. After opening the box, I immediately saw that the vacuum cleaner had scratches on it. I then wanted to charge and assemble it, but when I wanted to put in the filter I was disgusted to see that the product was used and had junk in the filter!! This explains the scratches on it since it was probably returned by the previous owner!! As a regular customer of takealot I am so so disappointed! Seems to me they just resell returned products that may be faulty and already used!!! This is NOT okay since you pay for a new product only to receive a second hand product!!!
