So disappointing

This is the second time now that i've been *****ed over!! i get the first delivery date, which obviously i need to see if there would be someone available to collect the delivery. Which there was, then without notification or ANYTHING!! they change the date to a date were there will no longer be anyone available to collect the delivery! I called in, first of all was on hold for 30 minutes then when i was eventually put through, i got told that i wasn't even able to fetch my delivery myself! they couldn't even give me a solution!! I will be away so i asked if i could change addresses then , AND THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE IF I CANCEL MY ORDER FIRST!! which then i have to go through this tedious process AGAIN, NO THANK YOU. I've waited over 10 days now!! i will never again by from takealot
