So disappointed for the first time after 2years.

I left work early today, and tried to be around my neighborhood so that as soon as I get a call from the driver, either I’m home or less than 5min away, however that did not happen.

Instead I received a WhatsApp text from a guy who lives opposite my place, stating that he took my take a lot parcel about an hour ago from the time he texted me, I was so irritated because firstly I don’t have a relationship with this person!

I paid for these items they’re not cash on delivery!

Not a single attempt from the driver to call me!

You make decisions and not confirm anything with me, fine.

I then arrive at home as ****ed as I was to get my parcel from strangers! They tell me they’re not home and will be back at 8pm! And they locked my items in their room,

I’ve dealt with take a lot for more than a year now, never ever had this issue. During one time I wasn’t home the driver went back with the Items and delivered the next day.

I don’t think I’d even consider them as new anymore as right now I’m typing this email they are in another house, they re as good as second hand items,

Should anything break in those items I wouldn’t even know who to blame!

Can we stop being negligent and inconsiderate please.

I pray all will be in order when I get my items later, that’s if I do even get them,

Lastly, I’d like to be compensated for all the inconvenience and negligence of risking with my items and leaving work early so I can receive my item myself but instead you choose to deliver to your own people. For compensation I’d like to get a take-a-lot voucher of nothing less than R550.
