So disappointed

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Takealot. I purchased an inverter, but it didn’t work at all from day one. I immediately logged a return(Takealot | Return Refunded | MRRN-47BZ9-MDAW | Solar Powered Inverter S-230)on the same day, yet the situation only worsened. Not only did I have to wait longer than the 3-5 days stipulated in their policy, but I also had to follow up via email to understand the delay. To make matters worse, when they refunded me, it was credited to my Takealot account—something I had not chosen. Now, I’ll have to wait another 3-5 days for the funds to be transferred to my bank account. This whole process has been incredibly frustrating.
