So disappointed

I placed an order on April 30th and opted to collect my package thinking it would be fast however it shows it will take 2 weeks before it ready for collection....Since when does it takes 2 weeks, At this point I wish I didn't order from you.Last time I ordered from you it only took 7 for my order to be ready for collection.
