So disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered all of my kids Christmas presents on the Black Friday special. They were delivered on the 4th and 5th of December. The one item that I requested was not even in the box and something that I hadn’t ordered had just been put in there. I contacted take alot on this number: +*** and logged a report into it where I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to hear back. This was on the 7th of December. I have emailed back, tried calling again and I just wait and wait with absolutely no response. All I want is what I ordered as my son is obsessed with it. I paid for it and want what I ordered and paid for. I understand this time is busy but that is not my problem. I want my order. The whole point was to have it before Christmas! Such poor service as well as communication. It is so difficult to get hold of anyone who actually knows what they are doing and who can help me or even respond to me.. poor form takealot! Going to have a really disappointed child at Christmas now! Just give me what I ordered!!!!
