So disappointed!

Tried to phone ***, after selecting option 4, hung on for about 7 minutes, no one responded. Tried again, this time option 3, hung on for about 5 minutes, no one responded. No feedback on the call that I'm in a queue, nothing. Cost me airtime and still not helped.
