SO DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a heater and shogun knife sharpener on the 29th of June, an sms was sent that my order will be delivered on the 4th of July 2022, on that day my order was not delivered, I was surprised because I normally get my orders on time, I thought maybe they had a busy day it will probably come the following day, still it never came, when I tracked it , it now appears as never shipped. Called take a lot (soweto) to find out what's the delay on the 6th of July spoke to a lady, dont remember her name, I was told they had a break in and my order could be in one of the stuff that was ******, she took my number and told me she'll get back to me. Waited the whole day for the call still nothing. Called them back this morning on the 7th of July I was told to call after 9am with no reason given. Ok I call after 9am and spoke to Ntombi, very Rude telling me she's not the one who was assisting me yesterday and my query is not the only one they receive there's plenty more people I should call customer care because there is nothing they can do without even providing me with their number, I told her I'm taking this matter further to hello Peter she said I can gladly do so and hung up the phone. Is this how takealot.com trains they employees to speak to customers? I buy from you every month and this is the treatment I get?
