So called missing parcel in transit

Good day

I am seriously not happy with this service as I placed this order on the 2/12 already, almost two weeks later today received an email that my parcel is missing in transit which is a absolute lie as I can see on my order that the item was never dispatched. Attached see photograph.

I will be loading a Review on Hello Peter, as this is not business ethics.
