So angry

I am very angry with my order being cancelled,I had bought a knee brace for my daughter which she needs urgently, I used a voucher I got from FNB and paid the balance but this morning to my surprise I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to non payment how coz it went through the voucher was still valid and the balance was deducted from my account ,I cannot even find their number or email to rectify this
