so angry

I'm so angry right now. I placed an order with takealot. I then canceled the order immediately because I was experiencing payment problems with the bank, only to find that the transaction has gone through after order cancelation. I called twice to ask for my refund but apparently they cant see my payment. I've sent proof of payment. why can't they see my payment
