SNOTTY AGENTS

I placed my order and the delivery date was supposed to be the 7th of June. Takealot changed it to the 30th of May, but the items were never delivered. Everytime I phone they are either still following up or waiting for a product. I phoned in again this morning and got a snotty reply when I wanted to cancel my order. I asked for the amount to be refunded into my bank account and not to be credited to my Takealot account. And guess what....a credit instead of a refund! I will not use Takealot again!
