Sneaky price adjustment

Why is there no way of contacting you at all? There is a product price discrepancy on the website, but nobody to notify. It states R1,528 on the product page, but as soon as I add-to-cart the price is R1,699. Is this your new "marketing strategy"? You just sneak in an extra R171 at check-out and hope the customer doesn't notice? You really should have a general enquiry email address too. It seems the only thing you have time to monitor is HelloPeter. Maybe re-allocate those resources to customer care and you'll be to check HelloPeter less often in future.
