I bought a smoke Nord 6 on Takealot on the 13 of April 2026 it's not 21 of April 2026 .The device didn't fall or anything but the screen all of a sudden went blank.I tried to contact take alot for a return then was told it's a non refundable.I am really disappointed in this product and it was a R934 in total.Still waiting for an response.I been shopping with takealot for years.What am I now loosing out on a R943.Not even an solution from take alot.

21 Apr 2026, 16:02Order number *** .This device is malfunction.I am really disappointed only been two weeks with this device.I was so excited until it started to malfunction.I really hope Takealot can get to the bottom of this cause I am really disappointed
