The "Smile guarantee" is a bunch of nonsense. I ordered a gift for my mother in law and the delivery date was the day after her birthday which we accepted because we didn't have much other choice. Now one of the items was cancelled and the dlivery date moved to 13 DAYS AFTER her Birthday, Because that's their Smile guarantee, we will delay & cancel, delay & cancel, delay & cancel until you stop using us alltogether.
