Smile Guarantee is a Sham - Dishonoured Deals

<p>I placed an order on Takealot.com and payment had been made. I was subsequently informed that the order had been cancelled since their supplier was out of stock. When advising them that the item was still trending on their site and that I wanted the order to be fulfilled, they once again informed me that the supplier was out of stock.</p> <p>I then stated that I was willing to wait for them to source the item and use the funds towards the goods once they were in stock again, but Takealot clearly did not even take this into consideration. Again, just repeating their carbon copy responses.</p> <p>I am terribly disappointed with this service and their unwillingness to honour their deals.</p> <p>Automatically cancelling an order item without offering the customer an alternative product is reprehensible.</p>
