Smile Guarantee butt!

Having a nightmare with my Takealot order. Got the wrong item delivered, it's a week later and I have no update on one part of my order. I reply to their emails with my concerns and just got the same mail I have already received from them copy and pasted. I definitely don't have the smile they guearantee and I'm very unhappy with their service.
