SMEG KETTLE WITH A BUBBLE FROM TAKE ALOT

I have bought a SMEG kettle from take alot last year around end July.This year around early March i noticed that the kettle has a bubble just around the lid and got worried,firstly i tried ignoring it but when i thought of how much i paid for it i called takealot to report it and the promised to come collect the kettle on Monday(2 weeks ago)which never happened they only picked it up on Tuesday. I am so angry as i write this review,takealot is not taking my matter serious i have been not had a kettle for close to 3weeks,i was told it was out of their warranty but still within the seller's warranty.I am mad i want my money back,i have spoken to them and told them if i cant get the kettle back i want my money,during this 3 weeks i had to call them and send emails,no one bothers to get back to me,i was told about the seller who didnt come to get the kettle as if that was my business,i didnt buy the kettle from their seller but them,i'm fuming i dont even know who to talk to about this issue.This treatment is pathetic,takealot is a big company and it seems like they dont value their customers.I just want what a paid for or my money so i can go back a legit SMEG kettle else where.
