Smeg and Takealot are a USELESS combo

I bought a very expensive smeg kettle. After 8 months it developed a huge bubble on the side. I returned it. Takealot have a 21 day return policy. I was assured the kettle would be replaced. I waited 2 months, sent constant reminders, and finally had the exact same, faulty kettle returned. This service level from both Smeg and Takealot is shameful!!! Don’t EVER buy their products!!!!
