Smart Tv

Greetings. Kindly assist me with Takealot. I booked my Tv on the 15th of January 2023 for a System Updates However forgot to put all the accessories I lift the Power Cable which they came to collect it on the 17th of January 2023. it's been 6 weeks now without a Tv, ever since I've been Communicating with different Consultants with no luck of resolving the matter. the Consultants they always apologizing and telling me to be patient, however they are unable to get the matter resolved. I gave them the option of Crediting my Account I guess that request fell on deaf ears... Kindly Assists...
