Slow return policy

<p>I ordered 2 Broke Girls season 5 from takealot - the first disc was unrecognized / unplayable on all players it took the Iver 8 working days to send a replacement that was in Stock at their warehouse. when then replacement arrived the same problem was found to be true. I have been a loyal client if this institution for 13 years. now I want a refund to my card but what makes me angry is the time it takes to process this 8 working days (it used to be the same day (4-5 years ago)) I think the marriage to kalahari has caused the "I dont care attitude as as they have your money" </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed in the service levels these days I may have to seek alternative DVD/blu ray stores Your service levels back to take 2 standards </p>
