Slow response on returns

I bought a laptop in April Last year within a few months the keyboard stopped working, i have since returned it on the 4th if January which i am getting responses 3 to 4 days apart. worse thing is I need the laptop as it is for school work for my sister now she is stuck with no Laptop it is so frustrating.
