Slow delivery

Takealot is become slower with delivery. I ordered and paid for items showing in-stock in JHB and CPT on 10/04. It is showing shipping from warehouse on 15/04 and delivery on 23/04. How can stuff they have in stock take 13 days to be delivered. There was a time when they delivered withing 2 days. I'll rather start using other providers as this is becoming insane.
