Sloppy pathetic service

Your service not just poor but pathetic. If you provide delivery service on a weekend ensure that all couriers and warehouses are up to par. Very disappointed that I had such a big order with you guys and you just decided to not deliver and not even have the courtesy to inform me. I had to waste more money to call your offices and was informed that it would be delivered on the day, more lies. This is just sloppy service. I will never use your services again.
