Slipping service standards

I used to love using Takealot and found them reliable and predictable. 2024 has seen a major change in their service standards and way of working. Orders are no longer synchronised and packaged together. If you order 4 items they will come in 4 separate boxes (but all on the date taken by the one with the longest wait). On a few occasions, I have been notified only at the moment of shipping that one of the items is not available. It seems they are intentionally delaying orders to get customers to subscribe to their "prime" equivalent. And currently I am awaiting an order that they predicted would take a maximum of 18 days to deliver (slowest item) but will only be delivered after 25 days
