Slimming vibrating machine

The item I ordered was incorrect, then sent it back, they declined it because I had opened it and did not use the product. Even today I haven’t received any feedback of a refund or exchanged. I called them a lady by Fatima promised to send me an email but nothing still. I will never order from this company ever again.
