Sleeper couch dragged on dust being returned to me

I am so disappointed by Takealot. I have been a customer for years now. I recently bought a sleeper couch for R2500. The first thing I noticed was the colour that I chose which was grey but I received black. Within a week the sewing on the couch teared and i could see that what’s inside is not a sponge its white wool that was not coming out. I returned the couch but I threw away the plastic that covered it on the first day as I didn’t expect these problems. The delivery guys came to fetch it and I took pictures as I saw the van they came to collect with that was full of dust. Today Anele D sends me an email telling me that they are returning the couch as it was used. Of cause the I opened the covering as my intension was to use the couch but after seeing the white stuff stuffed inside coming out I decided to retirn the couch. Now my issue is the condition that Takealot is returning the couch to me. I will upload the pictures that will show the condition I sent the couch and the picture Takealot is returning it upon request as I do not see that option here
