SKYNET has to be the worst courier company EVER!!!
Ordered an item, delivery date arrived and I received an email saying the item was delivered, except, surprise surprise, no item. The TAKEALOT tracking service says recipient: FRANS, I know no one called FRANS. And this isn't the first time, oh no, every single time I order from TAKEALOT the item says delivered and the recipient is FRANS. Who is this FRANS who seems to receive my orders before me? Do I have a personal security agent who checks my parcels for safety without me knowing about it? When I speak to TAKEALOT their excuse is always the same

It's unacceptable that your parcel was delivered to anyone other than yourself without your permission. It's also concerning if this has happened on more than one occasion and we'll investigate why and how this has happened as a matter of urgency.
