Size does matter

I really thing that Takelot should be aware of the consignments they receive from some of their suppliers. I ordered 20m (bare minimum required) of electrical wire. On receipt I measured it and it was 16.5m. I then returned the item citing the shortfall, and requested a new cable. When I received the replacement order it had the identical problem.
