Site says transaction failed but payment deducted

I bought a Samsung A21s for R3995-00 from Takealot. The site indicated payment failed yet the amount was deducted from my account. My order is still indicating 'payment awaited'. Contact numbers not answered. This will be my last purchase from takealot.
