Sissy boy sandals

Hello please help me I purchased sandals from takealot they got delivered 20 December 2025 but the sole is peeling and the suite used to cover the shoes is not genuine. Basically they look old yet I've just worn them 5 times. Please help my number is *** my email is *** they say they cnt take them back. But I paid R899 for sandals that according to me lasted almost two months. I need to be refunded my money since the shoes won't last long
