Since when does Takelot charge exorbitant delivery costs!

I ordered some items from Takelot and am so used to them not charging for delivery, that I went ahead and paid whilst I had a feeling that I paid to much. After paying, I checked my order and realised that they charged me R600 for delivery costs. I immediately wanted to cancel the transaction, but they were not helpful at all and I went ahead accepting that I could not change anything. The items were delivered and I don't think they weighed more than 10kg and also were not particularly big. I always was a very good supporter of Takelot but no more! Makro and Builders Warehouse do same day deliveries and they don't charge delivery costs for orders above R500.
