Simply amazing!
I ordered some products from Takealot on 30/11/2015. This morning I received a SMS to inform me that the package will be delivered today. Takealot really knows how to exceed expectations! Then I realised that there will be no one home for about an hour. I phoned the Deliveries department and Joshua Cogill assisted me. I was amazed when he called back to confirm that the delivery will be delayed to ensure that someone will be home. As if that wasn't enough, when he could not manage to get hold of me on my cell phone, he phoned the landline from which I phoned. Now that is going the extra mile! It is always sheer pleasure to shop with Takealot because their service is so excellent!
