Silver Crest 8L Airfryer from Takealot

I bought a Silver Crest 8L Airfryer on takealot. after I used it 3 times the element exploded and caused a fire. now there a damage to the inside of the Airfryer that was caused by the small fire. I have tried to return the product 3 times and every time Takealot states that there is visible user damages. of course there will be damages the element burst into flames. Takealot keeps on making false allegation not to refund the product. the product is still under 6 Month Warranty. I did not misuse the product because I was following the chicken stripe packet instructions. I Am not a person that misuses the system for personal gain, but this is unacceptable.
