SILENT TREATMENT

If I could give you 0 stars i would. Most pathetic service i have ever experienced. I bought a HAZLO GEL INFUSED mattress on the 20th May and up until today i didnt receive anything. Everything i bought was instock thats why i checked out. Last week i got an sms that the mattress will be delivered by no later than Friday 5th June 2020. with that being done Friday i gave away my old mattress to a family that needed it because knowingly TAKEALOT will deliver my mattress Friday by 5pm. Yesterday i was forced to go to GAME STORES and purchase a blow up mattress to put on my bed, a married woman, 5 months pregnant, sleeping on a luxurious blow up mattress thanks to TAKEALOT. Today an agent responded to an online request logged, this morning she is going to find out which courier they are using and a contact number, up until now no response at all. They are delivering before 5pm today and by the look at things they have exactly 34 to do so. This has always been my go to store, but im done with TAKEALOT.
