Signed for by not delivered. Wrong address??

I’ve never had a problem with takealot until now...

I’ve been waiting 2 days for my delivery, with no communication via SMS or E-mail... when I went on to the app yesterday afternoon to track the delivery, it says my delivery has been signed for but I did not even receive my package!!!! Usually they phone! How can they let someone else sign for a package without proof of identification or proof of the order number!! I’m seriously disappointed!

I’ve tried phoning, due to the virus, no one is able to take my call. I’ve sent multiple emails with no reply.

I hope takealot can sort this out and that I receive the goods that I’ve paid for!!!!
