SIES TAKEALOT, DO BETTER
Worst experience ever! trying to return a product I was not happy with and wanted to get a refund. They collected the item quickly but just closed Mt ticket with the note concluded. For several days now I only get automated ticket response. I am so over Takealot ,they can keep that monies and see what happens. I am so done with online shopping with them. Will take my business somewhere else

01 Nov 2024, 14:13So just following up, takealot still hasn't returned my original product that they refuse to refund or replace for a reason they xant explain to me. On my 20th email to them today I still am getting the run around with no satisfaction for my original complaint.
