SIES!!!

You know this business has gone to the dogs to be honest.

I bought 9 items from them and when I opened one of them it was damaged, I returned the damaged item for a replacement and they came to pick it up a few days after, They scheduled a delivery date and about 16:30 on the 13 Nov 2024 I called to find out what was happening and they told me the driver is in my area and has 9 other deliveries to make before mine...fast forward to 17:50 I get a message that insufficient address details. How? You delivered, picked up the item but when you must return it all of a sudden my address details are insufficient :/ ....Anywho, parcel rescheduled for delivery the next day (Today the 14th) and I call 08:05 and they tell me my parcel is on its way and the have notified the driver to call me before they drop it off...Ahw!!! The times is 12:30 still nothing and I decide to call...They then tell me nah the parcel has not left the place for delivery and they will find out what is happening and get back to me once they get to the bottom of all this.

SIES!!! Very pathetic of you TAKEALOT...Would not recommend you to any body.
