Siemens EQ9 S500 ordered and paid for EQ.500 delivered

Takealot sold an Siemens EQ9 S500 coffee machine to me. The machine arrived without any hassle. Never had a bad experience before with them. An EQ.500 arrived. Only when I went to my friends house and saw his EQ9 machine I realized I was given the wrong product. I lodged a return now Takealot wants to credit me because the EQ9 S500 is out of stock apparently. This machine is now R6000 more expensive. I feel they must give me the product I paid for and is very unhappy with them. Buyers on Takealot.com be aware. They take your money and give you cheaper products. Waiting for takealot to reply to me.
