Sickening service from Takealot!!!

I have been trying to return a parcel since the 26 April 2026 with Takealot, every day I get a an sms confirming that the pickup will take place on the day but still the parcel has not yet been picked up..their service is appalling to say the least! Return reference is - MRRN-AADQR-BEBJ
