Sickening Service from Takealot

I made a purchase on the 29th August 2024. The website confirmed my order for delivery on the 31 Augyst 2024. I was extremely pleased with this as I was buying a present gor my wife who is turning 70 on Monday 2 September 2024. At 19h00 on 31 August 2024 I get a email from Takealot stating my order has been canceled due to no stok of the item I ordered. This is disgusting service. Why was my order accepted. What do I do on s Sunday when the special birthday is on Monday. Is this how Takealot treat customers?? Jeffrey Stern ***
