Sick of this poor service

****** pathetic!! I logged a refund request for a product purchased (after the poor description on the website was misleading) received my confirmation sms and email, all set, I work in a call center, I can't answer my cell at work, there is a receptionist at the building where I work, why in the ****** hell do you call me to "arrange" pick up AFTER the confirmation sms had been sent to me??? You have no issue delivering the merchandise, why is collection such a damn operation for you?? This is the second time I have had to struggle like this for a return, who is in charge there, trained parrots could do better!
