Sick of the Incompetence

Sick of the incompetence of your deliveries and your drivers. Miss a call by literally 5 minutes at 9am on a saturday morning and now only going to get my package next week. Your level of service has plummeted lately to coincide with how you make it nearly impossible to get hold of anyone at your company. So many of your deliveries this past year have been an absolute stuff up as you are too lazy to spend the time and money on proper training. Yours is not the only e-store available anymore and I will be gladly using the competition whenever its available from now on.
