Sick and tired of take a lot

I will give them -0 stars. Worse service ever. My husband and I ordered Christmas items for my kids on 4 December 2020. It was supposed to be delivered on the 18th, to find out they changed the date to 29 Dec. Tracker not working and getting much help. Spoke to someone, he informed he will send a request for the goods to be delivered by 24 Dec. I had to cancel one item because they did not have it in stock. When we purchased the item stock was available. Now this evening we received an email that more items won't be delivered before Christmas. Let alone we paid R2 470 for those items. What pathetic service. They should change their name to liealot.com i am so sick and tired of their so called apologies.
